Biography

Marren Akong’o is a Tutorial Fellow in the department of Communication, Journalism and Media studies. She holds a Master Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Moi University and Bachelor of Education- English and Literature from Kenyatta University. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Communication and Media Studies at Rongo University. She has five years experience teaching in the University.

Research Interest

My research interest in is Applied Communication as well as grass root Communication for Development. I have conducted research in applied communication for development.
